Delivering Projects

If you have a scheme funded and ready to go, we can manage the delivery phase on your behalf. This can involve procurement, managing contractors, clerk of works role, community and public consultation, budget management, reporting and donor management. We can also recruit and coordinate design teams and other specialist inputs.

​We specialise in delivering land management and wildlife conservation projects, and projects which engage communities with their heritage. We have undertaken project management for Local Authorities, conservation organisations, community groups, Government Agencies and private landowners. ​
